Revere and Revel

Ash was recently honored to be part of the Better Business Bureau’s Revere and Revel Women’s Conference as a Woman of Integrity Nominee! I couldn’t be more proud of her continued commitment to developing Operation Halo’s curriculum and spreading awareness about the platform.

After completing her fellowship, she jumped headfirst into the challenging task of scaling a start-up — and she’s done it with remarkable compassion, integrity, and perseverance. Watching her grow, learn, and adapt while always putting the needs of young women first has been one of my greatest joys. When a young woman reaches out and truly needs access to the course, Ash doesn’t hesitate — she finds a way to make it happen, even if that means creating a discount code to give it to her for free.

This hasn’t been easy for her—running a platform whose mission is so deeply connected to some of her own hardest experiences—so this recognition from the BBB means a great deal. It’s more than an award; it’s a reminder that turning pain into purpose matters. I’ve watched her take something deeply personal and transform it into a resource that empowers and protects others. That kind of strength and compassion is exactly what this honor celebrates. Although the final award went to another wonderful woman, I want to personally congratulate Ashlyn for being in the running, in a room full of wonderful women at the Revere and Revel Women's Conference.
