I recently had the incredible opportunity to pilot my course at Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) right here in my hometown of Oklahoma City. Over four weeks, a group of amazing young women—our “angels in training”—learned to harness their intuition and sharpen their observation skills through interactive, hands-on activities.
Each conversation left me more inspired than the last. The dedication and enthusiasm these learners brought to every module was unforgettable. One moment that stood out was a conversation I had with Savannah after completing our eyewitness description challenge. She showed me pages of detailed notes and explained how she’d introduced one of our key exercises, The Exit Game, to others living in her community. Seeing her take what she learned and share it with others reminded me why this work matters—it creates a ripple effect of safety awareness and empowerment far beyond the classroom.
None of this would have been possible without the partnership of LearningQ, whose commitment to accessible education makes programs like this thrive. And, of course, a heartfelt thank-you to DRTC, a truly compassionate organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting individuals in their community. Together, we’ve taken a meaningful step toward building confidence, awareness, and resilience—and I couldn’t be more grateful.
