Stan Campbell is a National Trainer, thought leader, and speaker, as well as the Co-Founder and President of IDD Safe—a training company dedicated to teaching individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities how to respond safely during police encounters. Alongside his sister Tisha, Stan also founded the D.O.P.E. the Movement app (De-Escalating Officer Patrol Encounters). Renowned for his experience as a law enforcement instructor, he has personally trained over 4,000 uniformed officers and criminal justice professionals nationwide in the proper use of force, defensive tactics, and de-escalation of potentially violent situations. When his best friend Mike invited him to join the Operation Halo team, Stan was all in, as they had long discussed solutions for young women’s safety—especially for their own daughters. With his elite expertise in law enforcement interactions and de-escalation, Stan now brings his skills to Operation Halo, supporting their female-focused self-defense courses and helping to inspire their innovative curriculum. His mission is to make the world a safer place for all women by empowering young women with the tools they need to protect themselves and others.
