Our Team

Sanay Agir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree at Rutgers University. Her concentration is in Organizational Psychology. She dedicates her studies and practice to include topics centered around the value of psychology within the workplace, including gender diversity and inclusion, barriers to women’s career advancements, workplace safety, and more. As a psychology professional, Sanay is deeply passionate about advocating for the safety and well-being of women everywhere.
